I have always enjoyed making handmade cards. I love how it always seems to add that little somethin' to make it extra special. This year I made Jake's card using an old spool of thread and thought I would share this fun & unique way to create a valentine.
Supplies needed:
1. wood spool
2. button
3. tape
4. glue
5. button
6. string or ribbon
7. paper for note

| Simply tape your note around the center of the spool. |

| Using glue, secure your ribbon under a botton placed on the top of the spool. Finally, use the ribbon to secure your note. |
